1. Not using shaving cream.
“Skipping shaving cream or gel is a near-guarantee for irritation,” says dermatologist Jeffrey Fromowitz, M.D., FAAD — and it increases your chances of getting annoying shaving bumps. 9. Waiting too long to moisturize.
